My Health and fitness coaching sessions are tailored to help you succeed. We work together on goals and plan for your success. Regardless of your starting point, we can create a plan to suit your needs.
Weekly rates
One in person or remote training session with daily workouts to suit your needs and goals – $125*
Two in person or remote training sessions – $170

* the one session per week option is only available after completing a minimum of a four week block of 2-3 sessions per week.
You will get a weekly workout plan to follow based on your needs and goals, as well as email/text message support if you have questions.
All of the prices are based on a four week plan. Anything less than that doesn’t provide great value for your investment in time and financial costs.
My studio gym in Cannon Beach has equipment and space where you can experience a safe and effective guided workout. Through my experience coaching functional movement and strength training I can guide you towards your goals.

Cameron’s interest and appreciation for the outdoors was instilled at a young age. Living in rural Scotland he was always active and had many adventurous pursuits. His thirst for adventure continues and has spanned an extensive range of activities including horse riding, hiking, kayaking, running, and cycling. After leaving his home in Scotland in 2007 the Pacific Northwest became his new adventure playground, allowing opportunities to summit the glaciated and technical mountains Mt Rainier (14,410 ft) and Mt Baker (10,781 ft), as well as many lower peaks in the Cascade Range. His adventurous and competitive spirit continue in the form of long distance cycling and competitive racing in mountain ultra marathons.
Cameron is ACE Certified as a Health Coach and Personal Trainer and also holds Adult/Child CPR & AED certification.
Becoming a coach was a natural progression for Cameron where he can apply his skills and attention to detail to help others achieve their health and fitness goals.
Cameron is a certified Personal trainer and Health Coach who has experience working with a wide range of clients of all abilities. He uses proven and scientifically backed methods, and firmly believes that good quality movement should be a goal for everyone regardless of age.
Nutrition is a huge part of your success, whether thats weight management, performance goals, or general lifestyle choices. Cameron has nutrition continuing education training and experience to help guide you towards making healthy choices.
Cameron has gained experience and knowledge of functional movement and corrective exercise programming. Holding a functional exercise specialist certification, and corrective exercise specialist through the Biomechanics Method
