Fall 2019 Foundations of Running workshop series.

October 20th, 27th & 3rd November 2019
10:00 AM til approximately 11:00 AM.
Meet at the pavilion in the park off of 2nd St. in Cannon Beach.
(Near the skate park and tennis courts)

If you are a runner of any sort this workshop series is for you.

Over the three sessions lasting approximately 1 hour each I will be covering a number of fundamental running skills which will help to improve your running form and efficiency. Good running form reduces your injury risk and makes running more enjoyable. You will probably get faster too!
